Lifestyle changes that help

Going to bed at the same time every night and getting up in the morning at the same time every day

Taking short naps every 4 hours

Exercise every day

Eat nutritious food

Don't eat carbs early in the day

Take your meds as prescribed

Get fresh air every day

Surround yourself with people who understand and are helpful

Be kind to yourself.  If you need a sleep day take it
